 Mr. Madsen holds advanced degrees in performance and music education from Syracuse University and Boston University. He is the leader of the Canaltown Brass Ensemble and Solo Cornetist with the Flower City Society Orchestra.
In addition, Mr. Madsen is also active as a trumpet soloist at many area churches, wedding ceremonies, and Broadway show orchestras. He has also performed with the Penfield, Brockport and Greece Symphony Orchestras. Currently, Mr. Madsen holds the position of band director at the Hilton Central School District.
